This product is unseasoned and uncured. This cut of pork makes a great appetizer. The most popular way to cook sliced pork side is in the oven. Season with kosher salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Arrange in a single layer on a baking rack lined with parchment paper. Place the rack over a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until brown and crispy.
